  • From Dream to Reality (Couch to Accomplished) – Determine where you are right now, what is holding you back, and envision where you want to be. Learn Basic: nutrition, form, terminology, fitness starting point, understanding of a day to day training program, goal setting, etc.
  • Equipment, Experience, and Genetics – What part do each of these play in running performance? Details, definitions, and awareness.
  • Minimum Time for Maximum Results – Formulate Your Training Program  setting short term and long range goals. Develop your training program, day by day, step by step. Learn about SMILES – 6 elements of success.
  • Get Moving! Use online coaching, peer support, neighborhood workouts, and tweak as you go. You will have our full attention as you implement and follow through with your training.
  • Complete a Race – The Success Cycle – Strategies – annual, race week taper, race day, post-race. Completing what you started and moving on.
